How do I find my hat size?
Finding the right fit is easy as pie. Use a soft measuring tape and measure around your head where your hat will naturally sit—just above your ears and eyebrows. Compare your measurement with our size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit.
No measuring tape? No problem. Wrap a piece of string, ribbon, or even a phone charging cable around your head where your hat will sit. Mark the overlap point, then measure the length against a ruler. No ruler? Then we need to bust out all the stops. Second, download a measurement app on your phone, and compare the strings length to that! Some multiplication may be required.
Currently, as we are just starting out, we only stock one size, what would be considered a 'Medium' or 55-58 cm for the fedoras, and 55-60 cm for the cap. We plan to expand to more sizes as soon as possible!
What are your hats made from?
Our hats are crafted from mostly premium Australian wool, chosen for its durability, comfort, and natural performance. Wool is a renewable, biodegradable fibre that provides warmth when it's cool, breathability when it's warm, and timeless style wherever your adventures take you. We plan on getting to 100% wool, throughout our products, as soon as possible.
Are your hats suitable for outdoor adventures?
Absolutely. Our hats are designed for everyday adventurers—whether you're exploring a new trail, heading to the beach, travelling overseas, or simply enjoying a weekend outdoors.
They're built to be stylish enough for everyday wear while being durable enough to accompany you on your next adventure.
Can I wear my wool hat in the rain?
Yes. Wool naturally repels light rain and moisture thanks to the natural oils found in the fibres (or fibers, for our American friends ;)).
While our hats handle light showers well, they are not completely waterproof. If your hat becomes wet, simply allow it to air dry naturally, on a flat surface away from direct heat sources.
How do I care for my hat?
To keep your hat looking spick and span:
- Store it in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
- Brush away dust and dirt with a soft brush.
- Spot clean with a damp cloth if needed.
- Always handle your hat by the brim rather than pinching the crown.
With proper care, your hat will provide years of reliable wear.
Will my hat lose its shape?
Our hats are designed to retain their shape during normal wear. If your hat becomes slightly misshapen during travel or storage, most minor imperfections can be corrected by gently reshaping it by hand. If you bang it up good, which, lets face it, will happen at some point, then you can usually get them back into shape with a bit of heat, steam, and gentle pressure. Just be careful to avoid soaking or crushing the fibres. Youtube is your friend!
Proper storage will help maintain its original form for years to come.

Why is the current shipping time so long?
We are a brand new business, and are trying hard to get up and running as smoothly and effectively as possible. This has challenges, but with your support we are overcoming them one after another! We are working hard to get all the stock we need here to our HQ, so we can get it out to you fine people around the world as soon as possible. Every hat sold is one step closer to us being able to shorten our wait times, increase our offerings, increase our ability to move towards fully sustainable business practices and become the suppliers to the everyday adventurers we want to be.
